Simply stated, some of the city's worst tenants knows Harry by name. I had the privilege of listening to a presentation by Harry a year ago at the Landlord Self Help meeting and was amazed at his ability to instantly recall what seemed to be any part of the Residential Tenancies Act and break it down to information anyone can understand. He's a wonderfully creative foundation to the team of any landlord, investor or property manager. Anyone considering handing over their house keys to tenants NEEDS to sit and listen to Harry speak.
